So I open this Nebbiolo and it’s a little fizzy. And I have a moment of dismay, as you would. Then I look at the back label and it says this wine is modeled on Nebbiolo from the 17th -18th centuries, when it was light and fizzy… and my mind is blown. It’s everything a Nebby-nerd could want!
