I knew I couldn’t go to Norway without trying the sauna experience! and I’m so glad I did 🇳🇴👏🏾

I booked a session at .no after seeing so many great reviews, but I was honestly so nervous bc I’m not a cold water person at all

The whole routine is:
👉🏾 sit in the sauna (~15 min)
👉🏾 jump into the fjord (freezing 😭)
👉🏾 rest
👉🏾 repeat

It’s meant to boost circulation, wake you up instantly + leave you feeling calm after ✨ and it really does!! (and also hungry LMAO)

that morning, the water was in the high 30s to mid 40s + somehow it felt amazing 🥹
