This year, VIASAT3 celebrates more than just an anniversary: we celebrate 25 years of shaping Hungarian television. A quarter-century of taking bold risks, finding our unique voice, and delivering content that not only entertains, but inspires, engages, and creates lasting memories for audiences across the country.

In an industry that can often feel like an impossible maze, where companies come and go, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to quality, authenticity, and continuous evolution. That determination has kept us relevant for 25 years. Because authenticity never goes out of style.

We’re proud of the wide range of shows we’ve brought to viewers over the years: from original productions like the wildly popular Észbontók, where humor takes center stage, the provocative reality series Feleségek luxuskivitelben, to the refreshingly honest Adom a napom, and Útközben elmeséled, a format that invites us on an emotional, reflective journey. Alongside our original titles, many internationally celebrated series have also become part of our story — each contributing to the diverse entertainment experience VIASAT3 is known for.

And of course, a milestone like this deserves a proper celebration. We marked the occasion with an unforgettable birthday event at Brody House, right after announcing four new original productions for our Spring season at Big Picture. A perfect way to honor our past while looking boldly toward the future.

Compared to recent years, this fall the VIASAT portfolio is launching a record number of original productions

At our annual fall season kick-off press event, we proudly announced that this year is unlike any other: we are debuting a record number of six original productions across our Hungarian portfolio.

Exciting new VIASAT3 releases include brand new seasons of fan-favourite shows such as Adom a napom with Péter Geszti, Útközben elmeséled hosted by András Sváby and his beloved dog, Karcsika, KAPóra led by András Péter Kovács, and Dumaszínház, a signature stand-up comedy show presented to our viewers by the country’s greatest comedians.
Additionally, the day before the fifth season of Adom a napom premieres on the 1st of September, fans can watch Péter Geszti’s once-in-a-lifetime Arena show, Geszti Sixty, exclusively on VIASAT3.

If this impressive line-up weren’t enough, we are excited to introduce the newcomers. Among them is Bogi Puskás-Dallos who will guide us through remarkable renovation projects in a brand-new home-flipping-series based on Animo TV’s Salvage Squad, entitled REnoválók, where trends meet sustainability. The show kicks off in late fall.
Anger Zsolt’s YouTube show, Pop,kaja satöbbi has also moved to VIASAT3, airing every Thursday at 10 p.m. The new talk show features prominent artists from the Hungarian music industry, delicious dishes and plenty of laughter.

Moreover, VIASAT6 is bringing viewers a new and exciting improvisation-based interactive comedy show straight from the mind of the iconic Dániel Mogács - perfect for those who crave spontaneity and sophisticated humor.
TV audiences can catch all-new episodes on Sundays at 8 p.m.

Beware, for there is a rat in the kitchen again!

Troll a konyhában - the Hungarian version of ITV’s Rat in the Kitchen - produced by Wisbro, returns to TV screens with its gripping third season starting today at 7 PM, and will keep viewers of VIASAT3 on their toes four nights a week, from Monday to Thursday for four weeks.

With the new season come exciting changes too: for the first time, the troll’s identity will be revealed right away, giving viewers an inside look at their plotting and scheming against their teammates.

To make things even more thrilling, we are introducing a new chef as well, who will accompany the amazing Feri Rákóczi in hosting the show and tasting the teams’ dishes! The players will have to impress Ákos Sárközi - a Michelin-starred chef who was named gastronome of the year at the InStyle Men of the Year 2025 gala - with their culinary skills.

Another new and interesting development in the format is that if the team fails to uncover the saboteur, the troll won’t be the only one walking away with a huge cash prize. The wonderful Magyar Élelmiszerbank Egyesület will receive the same amount, helping them continue their incredible work in environmental protection and the fight against food waste.

If all that wasn’t enough, viewers can tune in for an extra episode every Saturday, featuring the week’s best moments and exclusive, never-before-seen footage.

VIASAT3 is kicking off 2025 with the second season of Ki vele!

VIASAT3 is starting the new year with an original production that will not only entertain, but also spark conversation. With its thought-provoking yet entertaining style, it promises to become the topic of Monday nights, inspiring discussions all around.

On January 20th at 7 PM, the second season of the taboo-breaking talk show, Ki vele! returns. With a fresh visual style and a revamped structure, the joint format of VIASAT3, WMN.hu, and Show&Game will continue to explore forward-thinking topics, such as shared finances, maintaining desire in long-term relationships, and the societal expectations around motherhood.

The conversations will be moderated by the two talented journalists from WMN – Adrienn Csepelyi and Cintia Krajnyik – alongside a lineup of well-known personalities and experts.

Kriszta D. Tóth’s award-winning video segment, Breakout Room, will also return, offering even more perspectives on the topics discussed in the show. Of course, András D. Tóth will also be part of the talk show, this time sharing his personal stories not only from behind the camera but also from the guest’s couch.

In the upcoming 8 episodes of the new season, we’ll welcome guests such as Gabriella Jakupcsek, Rozi Lovas, Attila Árpa, Andrea Osvárt, Bea Palya, Zoltán Bereczki, and Feri Rákóczi, just to name a few.

Útközben elmeséled starts its journey today on VIASAT3 at 7 PM.

VIASAT3 continues the fall season with a brand new original production hosted by András Sváby. Útközben elmeséled is an exciting mixture of a talk show and a road movie, where the host and his celebrity guest hit the road in a trailer, leaving the outside world (and all electronic devices 😉) behind for two days!

What will happen? On the first day, they visit places that hold significant meaning in the guest’s life, making it a journey of memories. Then, after cooking for themselves and spending the night in the trailer, a surprise program awaits them.

In the first episode, we’ll accompany Győző Szabó all the way to his hometown. In the next few weeks, Róbert Alföldi, Péter Geszti, Mariann Falusi, Csaba Kajdi, László Lakatos, Réka Rubint, and Lilána Szilágyi will join our host.

Since András takes so many guests on this memory trip, we thought it would be a fun twist for him to experience the journey from the passenger seat. So we’ve set up a reversed Útközben elmeséled adventure with the one and only Csaba Magyarósi. Trust us, you don’t want to miss it!

Exciting Fall Lineup on VIASAT3: New Shows, Popular Hosts, and International Content! 📺

This fall, VIASAT3 is launching an exciting lineup of new shows and original productions featuring popular personalities, international series, and unique formats.

26th of August marked the start of the fourth season of Adom a napom ("I Give My Day"), which you can follow live on the website, culminating in an evening studio segment with Peter Geszti at 8:00 PM.

One of the highlights of our lineup is Útközben elmeséled ("Tell Me on the Way"), debuting on October 7th. Hosted by András Sváby. The program is a unique blend of a road movie and a talk show, where András takes A list celebrity guests, on a two-day motorhome journey, engaging in deep, meaningful conversations away from the distractions of modern technology. 🚐

Also premiering this fall is Őszinte leszek ("I'll Be Honest"), a late-night talk show hosted by Zsolt Osváth. His show, based on the popular YouTube series by ZSHOWtime, will feature him and his guests — celebrities, everyday people and professionals — discussing current hot topics and societal issues. 🗣️

We are also excited to bring back Dumaszínház for its second season starting August 30th, with the best comedians from the Hungary. Additionally, András Péter Kovács will host a new talk show, KAPóra (KAPhour, meaning “Just in Time"), where celebrity guests and their friends engage in fun and interactive conversations. 🎙️

Alongside these local productions, Antenna Entertainment will feature a mix of popular American series and new Greek drama content from Antenna Studios, which is gaining popularity across Europe. On September 4th, A mágia lánya ("The Witch"), a major Greek drama series set in the 19th century, will premiere on VIASAT3.

Adom a napom returns with a new season, new guests and new stories

We are excited to announce the return of Adom a napom for its 4th season on August 26! Péter Geszti's award-winning talkshow awaits with a stellar line-up of guests and engaging stories.

Continuing its unique cross-platform format, viewers can follow their favorite celebrities' day from morning until their arrival at the studio via www.adomanapom.hu. The journey then continues with a live broadcast at 8 PM on VIASAT3, where Péter Geszti and his guest delve into the details of the day and much more.

This season promises exciting stories with guests such as Attila Till “Tilla”, Péter Majoros “Majka”, Antónia Erős, Juli Básti, and Ádám Kiss amongst others.

Let's drop this idea that we don't talk about things! – Ki vele! starts tonight

Hungary's first community talkshow premieres tonight after Adom a napom at 9 p.m. The joint format of VIASAT3, WMN, and &Game tackles topics such as whether childbearing is a public issue, the taboo around women's blood, or spirituality versus faith in an entertaining but thought-provoking way.

The dynamic talkshow is moderated by Krajnyik Cintia and Csepelyi Adrienn, both personally connected to the episodes they lead.

Our first topic is long-term monogamy, with guests Cecília Esztergályos, Orvos-Tóth Noémi, Luca Nyáry, Kiss Gergely, and Anna Valkai, while in D. Tóth Kriszta's video segment, the Breakout Room, we'll hear from Járai Máté hivatalos oldala and Kíra Járai, who live in an openly non-monogamous relationship.

Give your day to a good cause – at least once in a year!

Our original production, Adom a napom (Giving my day) seeks to create value. During its’ episodes, our celebrity guests give us their whole day, showing their life without any filter.

It's really important for us to do something good for our society so the Adom a napom and the VIASAT3 team joined forces and gave their day to support two good causes.

Led by Péter Puskás-Dallos and the Woodapest Association, we teamed up with Adom a napom’s host, Péter Geszti and several guests from the show to plant trees and make Budapest greener together. We would like to take this opportunity to once again express our gratitude to András Csonka, Enikő Détár, János Gálvölgyi, Mariann Falusi, Ervin Nagy and Csaba Vastag for joining this special event.

We have also spent a wonderful day with the staff of the Hungarian Reformed Church Aid (Magyar Református Szeretetszolgálat) at their logistics centre in Ebes, where we helped sorting donated clothes and assembling medical kits, then accompanied them to three families in need to provide firewood, food, baby clothes and toys.

Celebration in the house!

We are glad to announce, that VIASAT3’s original production, Adom a napom won the Hungarian Television Journalists’ Award.

The nomination itself was already a great honour for us, as we were up against really great opponents, but we are delighted that our format was chosen as the best talkshow of 2023.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all the hard work put into this successful production.

And the good news doesn’t end here as Adom a napom will return with its 3rd season on the 15th of April. During the day, we can follow the guests’ day streamed on www.adomanapom.hu, right up to the live studio session, where they join our host, Péter Geszti, for an honest and unfiltered conversation, broadcasted live from 8 PM on VIASAT3.

Throughout the 5 weeks – from Monday to Thursday –, we can get a glimpse into several Hungarian celebrities’ lives, such as Zsolt Osváth, Róbert Koltai, Ferenc Molnár “Caramel”, Gigi Radics, András Sváby, Gergely Kiss, Anita Ábel or István Verebes.
