Hey! I’m Val ⚡️
For years I’ve been shaping walls, drawing lines, and turning empty spaces into cozy homes.
After graduating from the National Aviation University (Faculty of Architecture and Construction), I spent over 5 years working in a construction company — where every project started as a blank sheet and ended as someone’s dream come true 🙌🏼

But one day I realized — I don’t just want to design buildings, I want to paint the feeling of space.
So I switched my ruler for a digital pen and dove into the world of sketching and visualisation 🖊️💻

How about submitting the landscape in sketch format? 😎

The landscape is the most important part of the site planning process, showing all buildings, planting and landscaping elements including décor, all paths and various recreational areas and playgrounds🌿

The main advantage of such a presentation is visibility for the customer😉

The sketch will be convenient to review:
📍Existing and planned buildings on the site
📍Landscaping of the plot: it is easy to show in the sketch where what types of plants will be planted
📍Water bodies on the plot: fountains, artificial ponds, swimming pools
📍Recreational areas
📍Parking lots
📍And other elements of landscaping

In order to start working on a landscape sketch, I need 👇🏼
•A master plan drawing with symbols
•Examples of plants to be planted (pictures of them) with a landscaping plan
•If there is relief - indication of relief either schematically or by photo-fixation
•Textures of paths, roofs, etc. if available

Why 2D floor plans? I will give you the answer 👇🏼

The purpose of sketch plan is to show the customer how his project will look in exact proportions in the final version 🙌🏼

After all, most often it is difficult for the customer to understand simple black-and-white drawings, but the sketch plan gives a visual representation of the future housing ✨

📍Such plans allow you to:
•visually understand how different types of floor coverings will fit together;
•evaluate the overall color scheme;
•display the furniture you have already selected.
📍Mostly such plans like to order:
•construction companies, to sell their projects;
•designers, to present planning solutions to their customers;
•architects, to get a beautiful plan for their presentations;
•realtors, to present the layout beautifully to their buyers.
⏱️A 2D floor plan is fast!
Work time after agreeing the technical task is 1-2 working days 😉

The technical task for working with .val is very simple:
📌a plan of furniture arrangement and lighting
📌floor textures
📌references or images of the necessary furniture and interior items

The cost of 2D floor plan up to 100 square meters - 130$, if the area is larger, then for each new square meter +1$.

I’m Val and I spent a lot of time designing houses and planning apartments 🏗️

After graduating from tha National Aviation University of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction, I worked in construction company for over 5 years 🏘️
