About Me & Fittfinenessđżđ
Iâm Gina, the founder of Fittfineness, a space created to support women through movement, nutrition and mindful self-care in a truly holistic way.
Fittfineness was born from the belief that health is not just about training harder or eating less, but about understanding your body, respecting its cycles and building habits that are sustainable in real life.
My professional background includes personal training, sports massage therapy, nutrition coaching and beauty therapy, allowing me to work with the body as a whole. I also teach yoga, meditation and breathwork, supporting both physical strength and mental balance.
A central focus of Fittfineness is womenâs health. I help women learn how to eat and train in alignment with their menstrual cycle, build strength without burnout, and support hormones, energy and recovery in a compassionate way.
I also work with children through kids yoga, creating a safe and playful environment to build body awareness, confidence and emotional regulation. Stress support is another key pillar of my work, using breathwork and mindfulness to help calm the nervous system and create space for balance.
Alongside my practical work, I am currently studying BSc Sport and Exercise Nutrition at St Maryâs University, Twickenham (London). This allows me to combine holistic practices with strong scientific foundations, so I can offer informed, evidence-based support to my clients.
Beauty within Fittfineness is approached holistically as well, drawing from Ayurvedic principles and face yoga, supporting natural skin health, facial balance and inner glow from the inside out.
Fittfineness is about balance, awareness and long-term wellbeing.
My goal is to help women feel stronger, calmer and more connected to their bodies â not through extremes, but through consistency, education and care.đ
