After graduating in graphic design, I tried out a lot of different types of visual communication. I was working at ad agencies, animation studios, and did branding and webdesign as a freelancer. And slowly, but surely, shifted to the industry and role that I love the most, to be a Project Art Director in animation.

Our job is to get the story dressed. We are designing the biggest storms and smallest books in the background.

Each frame takes extensive iteration, nothing is accidental. The biggest challenge is balancing creative vision with production realities.

One piece of advice: don’t be afraid to experiment, that’s how you find your voice.

I started in graphic design and later studied psychology. At DIGIC, I found the perfect blend of both.

To me, HR is a behind-the-scenes role, like a support character in a video game, essential for team stability and growth. I handle HR processes, organizational data, and coordinate contracts and documentation.

Fun fact: I love experimenting with colorful dishes and trying new ways to present them.

My advice: Animation is complex. Stay curious, explore your options, and level up in the area that truly fits you.

I started out studying Film Studies and now work as a Supervising Producer in the Animation Division.

My day-to-day challenge? Seamlessly spinning multiple plates while helping bring cool animation series and features to life.

Outside of work, my life is run by my threenager daughter, and black and silver miniature schnauzer named Mozart 😊

One piece of advice for beginners: don’t be afraid to ask questions, that’s how you grow.

I studied public administration and began my career as an administrative organizer. Today, I work as an office manager, where I oversee daily operations and handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities.

The greatest challenge I face is balancing the expectations of multiple departments while continuously setting priorities.

My advice to those just starting their careers is to believe in themselves, trust their abilities, and make decisions with confidence.

I taught myself the profession at a time when far less information was available than today. Now, I’m responsible for the technical ex*****on of films, translating clients’ ideas into practical, working solutions.

One of the biggest challenges is not stressing, because there is always a possibility that something will not go according to plan. In those moments, it is not panic that helps, but fast, calm problem-solving.

If I could give one piece of advice to those interested in this field: dive into professional literature. Read a lot, keep learning, and find the area you truly want to specialize in.

I graduated in International Communication & Marketing and previously worked in several marketing roles at a multinational company. Back then, I never imagined I would find my place in the film and animation industry. But this world quickly drew me in, and I’ve now been working at DIGIC for nearly 10 years.

My role is to showcase the world-class quality and expertise our team represents to partners, the industry, and future colleagues.

If I could share one message with those starting their careers: be persistent, stay flexible, and believe in yourself.

I started with a degree in Media Design and now work as a Lead Editor.
I oversee editorial workflows throughout the entire production process and manage the work of two talented editors.

Fun fact: I also hold certifications as an agricultural technician, ornamental gardener, and even a butcher. 🙂

My advice for anyone considering this path: specialize. Find the part of the workflow you love most and become really great at it.

Project management has always been closest to my heart. Working on a graduation film gave me the final push to move toward the film industry, and today I’m part of the team at DIGIC.

We work on film and animation projects, transforming reality into digital. We capture photos, record movement, and digitize elements, then bring them to life in films and video games.

My role is to oversee the entire process from preparation to final delivery: I coordinate with clients, manage the team, and reorganize plans when everything suddenly changes.

Limited information, plenty of unexpected situations – and that’s exactly what makes it exciting. 🙂

I studied IT in high school and at university, while always being drawn to films and video games. These two worlds quickly came together, and I found my way into CG as a self-taught artist.

Today, I work on digital environments for animated films and commercials, basically as a digital set designer.

I see daily challenges as opportunities and focus on choosing the tools and workflows that deliver the best results. Advice for beginners: create personal artworks as much as you can, that’s how you discover what you’re really good at.✌️
