Crossover Blendery - Persia // Wild Ale // 6.9

A blend of 1, 2, and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and matured in neutral French oak Barrels. Refermented on Diamond Bright nectarines grown in Kent. Pic by Phil Reed.

Mount Brewing Co. Brewery x Browar PINTA x Ārpus Brewing Co. - Triple Overhead // Imp. Stout // 11.3%

This was brewed for Darkest Days at The Malthouse as a collaboration with Pinta Brewing from Poland and Arpus Brewing from Latvia. Both who visited the brewery last March for hop harvest. This Imperial Stout is brewed with Vanilla, Coffee and Cacao and is all around decadent. Pic by Liss R.

Browar Stu Mostów x Wylam Brewery - Newcastle Donut // Pastry Sour // 4.2%

Pastry Sour with mango, pineapple & donuts.

A special collaboration brewed with Wylam Brewery from Newcastle to celebrate their 25th anniversary. This thick, dessert-style sour blends tropical fruit intensity with a unique pastry twist.

The tart base, soured with lactic acid-producing yeast, is layered with juicy mango and pineapple, then topped with real doughnuts for a playful, indulgent character.

A velvety malt backbone of Pilsner malt, wheat, oats, lactose, and maltodextrin creates a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a hint of sweetness. Balancing bright sourness with rich patisserie notes, this is a true tropical treat. Pic by Victor.

Wylam Brewery - 25 Years of Wylam // Pale Ale // 5%

A quarter-century of independent brewing deserves a party in a can. Brewed to celebrate 25 years this Pale Ale brings together our powerhouse friends Simpsons Malt and BarthHaas to create a bright, crisp 5.0% Pale.

Its golden pour bursts with aromas of fresh pineapple, tangerine, and peach, thanks to a hop trio of Citra, BRU-1, and El Dorado. The mouthfeel is soft yet snappy, carrying waves of citrus sorbet, stone fruit, and subtle resin over a clean, biscuity malt base from Simpsons' finest grain. Pic by Chris Phillips.

Gueuzerie Tilquin - Petite Gueuze Tilquin // 4%

No April fool here, this is the first gueuze in a can ever! Can-conditioned at 100%. A few kegs were also produced.

This PETITE GUEUZE TILQUIN is a blend of 70% 1-year-old light Meerts and 30% 2-year-old lambics, all spontaneously fermented and matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer was given 2 months to spontaneously refermented in the can. It will surely keep evolving but its ready to drink, super refreshing, ideal for the coming summer !

It was canned with the help of our friends from Brasserie Minne (Somme-Leuze).
