f Sunshine. Besides the surrounding smaller cities she has also performed in festivals and in other countries also. She has performed in almost all of the dance clubs of Budapest. Her favourite genres are techno, psytrance and breakbeat, she’s kind of a front-rank performer locally. Besides those styles, she’s collecting drum&bass, tech-house, and house vinyls and cds too. 7 years ago she connected to Solar United Natives (S.U.N. Festival – Hungary) as a goa dj and as an organizer. She graduated from a sound engineering school a year ago and started writing/producing her own music. A truly honorable thing happened to me again, I became a member of the wonderful Psy-Sisters international female producer-DJ team. It's really important to me that we support each other in the scene, especially as women, so it's really uplifting to be part of another fantastic community. I can't wait to work and experience things together.

Igazán megtisztelő dolog történt megint velem, tagja lettem a csodás Psy-Sisters nemzetközi női producer-dj csapatnak. Nagyon fontos számomra, hogy támogassuk egymást a szakmában, főleg nőként, ezért igazán felemelő, hogy még egy fantasztikus közösség tagja lehetek. Már alig várom a közös munkát és élményeket.

::: INTRODUCING DJ CHEEKY :::

Deep basslines, dynamism, and raw emotion define the sound of Cheeky, whose connection to music traces back to childhood. She studied music for eight years in school and has mastered four instruments. Her teenage years brought a wave of rebellion, and with it, a new path. She began her DJ career more than 23 years ago in Szeged, often called the City of Sunshine. Since then, she has played across nearby towns, major festivals, several countries, and nearly every notable dance club in Budapest.

Her favourite genres are techno, psytrance, and breakbeat, making her a front-rank performer on the local scene. Beyond those styles, she also collects drum & bass, tech-house, and house vinyls and CDs.

Cheeky spent seven years organising the S.U.N. Festival, serves as project manager of the S.U.N. Music Studio, and is an honorary SUN psytrance DJ. Four years ago she completed her sound-engineering studies and began producing her own music. Earlier this year, she joined the BMSS label as a performer.
