Since 2012 our director Ica Szanyi decided to create an independent model management: a stable and reliable partner of the best model agencies in the world (Milan, Paris, Barcelona, NY, Singapore, Shanghai and more), that supplies them with the new faces and profes

sional models mainly from Hungary but also from Slovakia, Romania and Serbia, where the scouts and representatives of Avantage are focusing on discovering talents and transforming them into future models. For our girls and boys, Avantage is their second home and their parent, where, in addition to career development, exist such important factors as care, protection and the careful guidance.
