After a successful launch in December 2017 Expat Press Magazine has set the goal of becoming a useful guide for foreigners living in Budapest and Hungary. Its founders are well-versed in the needs and expectations of expats wishing to settle down in Hungary for short or long periods, therefore they strive to help everyone with up-to-date information, advice and tips to ensure a more enjoyable stay in Hungary.
The authors and editors of the magazine include a number of expatriates who, having lived in Budapest for many years, can shed light on life in Hungary from their unique perspectives, while born and bred Budapesters can give you insider tips. The sections of the magazine highlight noteworthy sights in Budapest and around the country (together with other well-known places worth visiting), recommend restaurants, programmes, leisure facilities, as well as services and opportunities designed especially for expatriates.
But Expat Press is also a community-building initiative, which aims at enabling people living here to share their experiences and advice, and to help each other integrate more easily into one of the most exciting cities of Europe.
