🇭🇺 A King Diamond koncert elmaradása miatt a fesztivál által felkínált részleges visszatérítési kérelmek befogadására vonatkozó 5 napos határidő lejárt. A beérkezett nagyszámú e-mail feldolgozását megkezdtük, mindenkinek önállóan válaszolunk. A folyamat hosszabb időt is igénybe vehet, ezért türelmetek és megértésetek kérjük!

🇬🇧 Following the cancellation of the King Diamond concert, the 5-day deadline for submitting partial refund requests offered by the festival has now passed. We have commenced processing the large number of emails received and will be responding to each inquiry individually. As this process may require an extended period of time, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
🇭🇺 Sajnos rossz hírt hozunk! Ezekben a percekben kaptuk a váratlan információt, a ma esti King Diamond koncert az énekes betegsége miatt sajnos elmarad. Az zenekar bejelentését itt olvashatjátok:
“King Diamond will cancel tonight's show at Rockmaraton due to strep throat, and has been ordered by the doctor to rest and is unable to perform. King will do his best to rest and heal so that the tour may continue, until then Stay Heavy.”
„King Diamond torokgyulladás miatt kénytelen lemondani a mai esti Rockmaraton-koncertjét, az orvos pihenést rendelt el számára, így ma biztosan nem tud fellépni. King mindent megtesz a gyógyulásért, hogy a turné folytatódhasson. Addig is: Stay Heavy!”

Nagyon sajnáljuk, nagyon készültünk a koncertre, a díszlet már állt a színpadon, reggel óta a King Diamond stábbal együtt dolgoztunk egy remek koncertért. Ők is most értesültek a helyzetről. Szeretnénk, ha ez nem venné el a kedveteket a fesztiváltól - minden más koncert megvalósul ma.
A fesztivál a mai napi jegyek és bérletek árából egyaránt 6000 Ft-ot visszatérít, erre vonatkozó kéréseteket az [email protected] címre küldjétek!
A helyszínen vásárolt napijegyek árát a 17:50 után érkezők számára 50%-al csökkentjük!
A visszatérítési igényeteket kérjük 5 napon belül jelezzétek felénk! A kollégák az igények bejelentésének lezárulta után mindenkit értesíteni fognak!

🇬🇧 Unfortunately, we bring bad news! We have just received unexpected information — tonight's King Diamond concert has been cancelled due to the singer's illness. You can read the band's official announcement here:

We wish King a speedy recovery!
We are truly sorry — we were very much looking forward to the concert. The stage set was already in place, and since this morning we had been working together with the King Diamond crew to deliver a great show. They too have only just been informed of the situation.
We hope this won't discourage you from enjoying the rest of the festival — all other concerts will go ahead as planned today.
The festival will refund 6000 HUF from both day tickets and passes. Please send your refund request to [email protected].
