In Asia there's no countries with very high English proficiency, maybe Singapore but it has been excluded from the ranking because EF categorized it as an English speaking country.

In the second level (high English proficiency) there are two countries in Asia, they are Malaysia and followed by Philipines.

The rest are either Moderate, Low, or Very Low. And some Asian countries are unavailable in the ranking.

In Asia most countries use their own scripts but there are some Asian countries that use Latin script, but usually they also have their own original script along side the use of Latin script.

Like many local languages in Indonesia, besides they use Latin script they also have their own original scripts. Like Sundanese, Javanese, Balinese, Malay, Bugis, etc. they all have their own script which are different from each other. But the official and national language (Indonesian language) originally uses Latin script.

Chopsticks are well known for being eating utensil in Asia. But Asia is a diverse region with diverse culture. In fact most Asian countries don't use chopsticks, chopsticks are only mostly used in East Asia and Vietnam. And occasionally use in most countries Southeast Asia.

Occasionally means people in Southeast Asia don't use chopsticks as primary eating utensil, but would use it especially for eating noodles, and noodles are common food in Southeast Asia. Meanwhile appart from East Asia and Southeast Asia, chopsticks are rarely used.
