Title: Reaching for the Stars in the Dark

Burning Candle

This work depicts candles as a symbol of life that continues to burn, even though it is slowly eroded by time. The melted wax symbolizes sacrifice and struggle, while the melting clock numbers signify unstoppable time—fading into memories that are no longer real.

The cliché elements of the film represent stories recorded in the journey of life, such as personal dramas that continue to last until the end. The tired-looking human head among the melting wax reflects emotional and mental exhaustion, allowing us to witness the struggle to survive amidst routines and expectations.

This work invites visitors to reflect on the journey of life, appreciate small moments, and accept that time is something that cannot be stopped, but always brings lessons. "Burning Candles" is a reflection on how each individual leaves a trace in the cycle of time that continues to run.

Title: Penetrating Wounds and Judgement

Description of the Work:
This work depicts the inner journey of an individual who faces wounds, judgments, and temptations in his life. The black umbrella he carries symbolizes protection from social pressure, while the eyes around him reflect the surveillance and criticism that continue to haunt him. The stitches on his back symbolize the inner wounds and trauma that he slowly heals, although the scars remain a part of him.
The luminous path that leads to the white door in eternity symbolizes the hopes and goals of life that he wants to achieve, even though this journey is full of obstacles. The outstretched hands on the side depict the path of temptation as well as the opportunity to help or imagine moral choices.
This work invites the viewer to play their personal struggles, how they deal with criticism and wounds, and how they continue to move forward towards hope despite their limitations.

Work Title: "Nameless Hallway"

Work Description:
This work depicts the inner journey of a person who is carrying feelings that cannot be expressed. Through the hand symbol that forms the shaka gesture—as a sign of surrender and acceptance—an attempt to make peace with the formless wound is visible. The long hallway framed by film tape represents memories that keep repeating themselves, like old footage that refuses to fade from memory.
The human silhouette in the middle of the hallway symbolizes a figure walking alone in the quietest room within himself. Every small step is a struggle to move forward, even though it is haunted by invisible shadows. The butterflies fluttering above provide a subtle contrast: they are beautiful, but at the same time painful, like a wound masquerading as something that has ended.
The dark color gradient that dominates the space creates a feeling of being trapped, but the white path that divides the hallway conveys hope. It's a metaphor for the process of letting go—a reminder that even though it feels long and hard, there is light at the end waiting.

Overall Philosophy:
"It is a journey through feelings of the intangible—like a shadow that refuses to be left behind. In silence and repeated memories, one learns to accept what cannot be repaired, letting small steps take him to the end where everything will feel lighter."
