🌈✨ Rainbow Crystal Jelly
📝 Recipe
1 Sachet • Red Agar-Agar Powder from Hokiku
1 Sachet • Green Agar-Agar Powder from Hokiku
3 Sachets • Plain Agar-Agar Powder from Hokiku
2 Drops • Orange Food Coloring
1 Drop • Blue Food Coloring
5 Liter • Water (1 Liter each for Agar-Agar mixture)
200g • Sugar
1/2 tbsp • Lychee Essence
100ml • Lime Soda Drink
Instructions:
• Rainbow Jelly
- in a pot, add colored agar-agar powder, pour water, and mix
- boil it at low heat while mixing until it simmers, turn off the stove, and stir again for a little
- transfer the agar-agar mixture while it’s hot into a container to mould and let it set
- after the agar-agar is set, cut into smaller pieces and put into a ice tray circle-shape mould
*note: create 3 colors of red, green, yellow, and blue. Use food coloring with plain agar-agar powder is possible for your desired color
• Lychee Flavored Agar-agar
- in a pot, add plain agar-agar powder, sugar, lychee essence, and pour water, then mix
- boil at low heat until it simmers
- pour the lychee flavored agar-agar into the mould on top of the rainbow jellies
- cover the ice tray to shape and let it set
• Finishing; Rainbow Crystal Jelly
- in a glass, add jelly and pour lime soda

I loooove lychee flavored jelly. I made the colorful version in a form of crystals, pretty, right?
