Growing Rice In The Rice Fields At The Same Time Looking For Tutut (Sawah Conch) And Cooking It.

Actually Cooking rice snails is rarely done, Farmers in this village prefer to throw them on the roadside because the process of cooking this tutut is a bit complicated.

In this village, if you plant rice, it must be at the same time, like seasonal. So when it's planting season, everyone plants, when it's harvest season, everyone harvests. This is related to irrigation and pests.

If you plant alone, later when it grows alone, it will usually be attacked by pests alone, so it will run out quickly. especially rat pests in the fields.

Drying the rice is done when the rice is about to be milled.
We do this when rice supplies are running low or when there is a sudden need.
So the harvest in the rice fields is very valuable, we stockpile to last until the next harvest season.

I was born and grew up in a hamlet in Banyuwangi Regency. After growing up and trying to stop in several places that are not my homeland, especially in the city, I feel there are many things from the village that can be shown, especially for those born and raised in the city.

At least to introduce this is a picture of village life, life in the village.
