Lake side mornings in South Africa 🇿🇦

I couldn’t imagine a better place to start fresh than here at .canoe , surrounded by still water, mountain views, and complete peace. No distractions, no rush, just space to think clearly about what I want this month to look like.

We’re in the final quarter of the year. A perfect time to ask yourself: what do you want to create before 2025 begins? I always take the first day of the month to write down my goals, big and small. Fitness, work, personal growth, it doesn’t matter, as long as they push me forward.

So here’s your reminder: take 10 minutes today to sit down, journal, and set your October goals. You’ll thank yourself later 🫶🏼

Be careful with what you ‘feed’ yourself, because it all becomes part of you

We often think we’re just a product of our thoughts, but the truth is, everything around us is influencing who we are becoming.

That’s why I started writing my book.
It’s not just about the lessons I picked up from gauchos in Uruguay or shepherds in Nepal. It’s about everything I’ve learned on this wild path. Mindset shifts. Discipline. Courage. Growth.

The daily choices that either wake you up or keep you numb.

A love letter to Camps bay 💌

I can’t believe my first two weeks in Camps Bay have already come to an end. These days have been nothing short of magical 🥹mornings filled with golden light, evenings watching the ocean turn to fire, and every moment in between reminding me how special this place truly is.

Now it’s time to say goodbye to our beautiful apartment and begin the last two weeks of my South Africa journey, exploring new corners.

My heart is so full, and I know this is just the beginning of my love story with this place 🥹🫶🏼
