As some of you will know at the start of the year the captain of Boogie Bodega - Juan Vargas (Sould Out) sadly passed away. He left behind a lifetime of connections around the world of people he touched on his journey in the time he was here on earth with us.

Not only that, he left behind a young daughter, Lia, who he very much adored. The Boogie Bodega label will continue on functioning as a legacy fund to support his family moving forwards, with the profits going towards making sure that Lia is supported and has the opportunities that Juan would have wanted as she carves her way in the world.

This is a call out for producers out there that would like to bring their boogie to our bodega. We’d love to hear from you.

First off we are releasing a compilation in May to coincide with very exciting fundraising event - more on this to be announced very soon! But also are looking to schedule future releases throughout the year.
