Your emotions are not your enemy. They're messengers. They're teachers.
They're the compass pointing you back to who you really are beneath all the masks you wear to make everyone else comfortable.
Tonight, instead of scrolling away from that heavy feeling in your chest, what if you sat with it? What if you whispered to that anxiety, that sadness, that anger: "I see you. What are you trying to tell me?"
Because here's the truth that changes everything: *You are not your emotion; you are much more than this feeling.* You are the observer. You are the one who can hold space for your own complexity.
