ODFM’s objective is the introduction of a sustainable infrastructure for creative development in the field of music, empowering the cultural identity and the improvement of future chances for young musical talent. ODFM’s vision is a generation of young people for whom freedom of expression and creativity enhances their mutual appreciation and understanding, and for whom the idea of human equality
is part of their approach to others. ODFM’s mission is to invest in sustainable creativity by strengthening the infrastructure for creative development, freedom of expression and human equality, wherein music functions as a vehicle to activate and to sustain creative development. ODFM’s strategy is to implement musical - creative projects in collaboration with schools and communities, while actively involving local authorities. Sustainable capacity is developed through trainings, workshops, seminars and conferences. With a holistic approach on education, ODFM combines musical elements from traditional (indigenous) origin with modern elements and innovative technologies.
