In accordance with the notification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, effective immediately, the entry policy will be adjusted as follows:

1. Foreign nationals holding one of the following valid documents may enter Indonesia:
a. Diplomatic visa or diplomatic stay permit
b. Visit visa, Visit stay permit, or Limited stay visa
c. Limited stay permits (KITAS) or permanent residence permit (KITAP)
d. APEC Business Travel Card
e. Tourist holding passports from 60 countries (including China) can apply for a Visa on Arrival(VoA)at major international airports in Indonesia (the VoA fee is subject to the on-site immigration bureau notification) or apply through the e-VOA application link: https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/

2. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months; travelers entering for business visits or tourism, including those applying for a Visit Visa or Visa on Arrival, must also hold a valid return ticket

3. The Indonesian authorities require all international passengers to complete an online declaration via the All Indonesia system within 3 days prior to arrival.

Passengers must present the QR code generated upon successful submission to officers upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry.

China Southern Airlines to Operate over 456,000 Flights in the Winter Season.

China Southern Airlines is set to implement its flight schedule for winter season, which will commence from October 27, 2024, until March 29, 2025.

In terms of domestic flights, China Southern plans to operate over 700 routes, covering over 160 cities. There will be more flights between Guangzhou and Jieyang, Yiwu, Yangzhou, Kashgar, as well as between Beijing Daxing and Xiamen, Daqing, Baishan. China Southern will focus on adding key routes from Shanghai, Xi'an, Wuhan, Kunming to Harbin.

As for international and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan flights, China Southern plans to operate over 200 routes, covering countries and regions in Europe, North America, Australasia, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and Africa.

There will be new services from Guangzhou to Perth, Adelaide, Christchurch, Nagoya, as well as from Beijing Daxing to Sydney, Melbourne, etc.. China Southern will also increase frequencies on routes from Guangzhou to Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland.

From October 27 on, to enhance efficiency and optimize passengers’ travel experience via China Southern's hub at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, check-in counters for international and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan flights will be relocated to Island M from Island P.

(September 23, 2024, Guangzhou) To facilitate the travel of passengers during the National Day holiday, China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. (China Southern Group) plans to increase over 3,000 flights before and after the National Day holiday, with a total of 23,000 flights scheduled during the holiday period to ensure that passengers enjoy a pleasant National Day holiday.

During the National Day holiday, China Southern Group will pay attention to special passengers such as the elderly, children and first-time passengers, providing them with reminders on precautions. At its Guangzhou hub, China Southern Group will check the number of passengers in advance, open additional service counters for group customers and special passengers flexibly, and designate more personnel for patrol and guidance. These efforts aim to promptly handle passenger inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure orderly and fast boarding during peak hours. Moreover, it will increase the channels for passengers arriving late and mobile intelligent counters to assist passengers in quick ticket changes and strengthen the coordination and guidance across various roles, such as check-in counters and boarding gates, to ensure the smooth travel of passengers.
