Menyambung acara pertama (yang seru) pada hari Kamis, 13 Januari 2022 tempo hari, sharing session dan ngobrol-ngobrolnya kita lanjutkan lagi Kamis besok, 20 Januari 2022.

Seri Dinner Spektakuler Tim Bocuse d’Or Indonesia di Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique di Ubud, Bali

Tim dari Bocuse d’Or Indonesia, dengan sukacita mengabarkan diadakannya seri Bocuse d’Or Dinner untuk merayakan prestasi Indonesia menjadi salah satu tim finalis Bocuse d’Or pada bulan September 2021 di Lyon.

Tim Indonesia dipimpin oleh chef Mandif Warokka dan commis Lutfi Nugraha dari Blanco par Mandif di Ubud, Bali. Bersama dengan pelatih chef Chris Salans dari restoran Mozaic di Ubud dan presiden Gilles Marx dari Amuz Jakarta.

Sebagai bentuk perayaan dan aktivasi p***a kompetisi, tim Bocuse d’Or Indonesia akan berkumpul untuk merekreasikan ulang hidangan-hidangan yang ditampilkan oleh tim Indonesia saat semi final di Guangzhou dan final di Lyon, dengan kehadiran tamu spesial Dedy Sutan dari tim Indonesia untuk World Pastry Cup di Lyon, 2017 dan chef Retno Bayu Timur dari Mandapa Ritz-Carlton Reserve.

Seri kedua Dinner Tim Bocuse d’Or Indonesia akan diadakan di Amuz Restaurant Jakarta pada tanggal 9 Desember 2021.
