Me juggling between all my different projects: regular film clients, documentary projects, writer, organising workshops and retreats, advocate for our interconnectedness with nature, renovating a house and just plainly being human.

Eventhough its a bit of a challenge to manage all this (hi scattered mind 🤯), I love being in my era where I am finally embracing all that I am, instead of putting myself just in one box. For a long time I felt I had to choose just one ‘thing’ I had to be/do. Recently, in conversations i've I’ve moved from: ‘I am a filmmaker’ to ‘I am an artist’ . Which feels so extremely liberating.

We can create the life we desire on our own terms, so why cramp ourselves in a box? When the creative life force energy fully moves through you, it comes in so many forms. And I am here for it!

Here is to the girl that went from standing behind the camera speaking quietly, to the woman on stage sharing her story her story, being fully seen.

Saturday at the premiere of my debut documentary, 15 years of visions came together. I’ve seen myself in dreams on this stage, literally.

What a wild, beautiful and sometimes very hard ride. Keep dreaming your dreams. It might take longer to manifest into reality, but when it does: it will all make sense. Be brave and face your demons, dare to go right through the discomfort. On the other side of fear there is magic and life can fully flow through you.

HEALING WATERS: A PRAYER

Water is our first medicine. Water lives inside of us. We are water. We bathe ourselves in it. How we take care of the waters around is, is how we take care of ourselves.

This prayer is very dear to my heart. It’s is my deep prayer that all water may flow freely from pollution, all around the world. So we get to enjoy it and all the creatures can life freely. Everyone deserve to have acces to sacred clean healing waters. Through the ocean we are connected across all continent. What is your relation to water?

In many cultures water is sacred and used in a lot of rituals to cleanse. I myself have experienced powerful process going in the water temples in Bali. We can ask the water to take and was away all our worries and fears.

There is a lot what we can learn from the waters. Water is the feminine. Its creation, intuitive, flowy. Just like the energy that comes from our womb center. It is my deep prayer that all women can connect with these qualities.

Happy International Women’s Day - maybe we all connect with the water around us and in us.

I hope this prayer will collective bring some healing for the world. Aho :)
