Cara buat BAKSO AYAM✨️

✅️Bahan
250 gram daging ayam, haluskan
100 gram kulit ayam, potong dadu
1/2 sdt baking powder
75 gram tepung tapioka
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 butir putih telur
3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
Air es

✅️Cara membuat
1. Campur semua bahan di atas kecuali air es. Bentuk bola, rebus di air mendidih sampai mengapung.
2. Setelah mengapung angkat dan taruh dlm air es.

Nasi Goreng Terbaik dengan Sosis Cina, Udang, & Ayam 🍗🥘😋

Ini adalah nasi goreng ala Cina Yangzhou. Ini terbuat dari kombinasi daging yang membuatnya sangat populer dan lezat!

Resep Nasi Goreng
15 Bahan

Daging
• 1 dada ayam, dimasak
• 2 sosis Cina

Makanan laut
• 1 cangkir Udang, dimasak beku kecil

Raw Ingredients
• 2 Wortel
• 1/4 cangkir jagung, beku
• 8siung bawang putih
• 4 bawang hijau
• 1/3 Bawang
• 1/4 cangkir kacang polong, beku

Mendinginkan
• 4 Telur

Pembumbuan
• 1 sdm saus tiram
• 2 tbsp Soy sauce

Pasta & Bijirin
• 4 cangkir nasi putih

Minyak & Cuka
• 1 sdm minyak wijen

Produk susu
• 3 sdm mentega

BAKSO AYAM

Sumber Resep Maknyos

bahan : 500 gram daging ayam tanpa tulang potong kecil² 125 gram tepung sagu ( me : tapioka cap pak tani gunung) . 125 gram es Batu pecahan kecil 2 butir putih telur 2 sdt garam 1 sdt penyedap ayam . 1 sdm gula . 1 sdt baking powder . . 1 sdt nutrijell plain ( me : agar² plain) . 1 sdm bawang putih goreng 2 sdm bawang merah goreng .

Cara buat :
1. Blender semua bahan pakai blender kusus daging, kecuali tepung tapioka/sagu hingga halus dan menyatu, hasilnya menjadi pasta yg lembek dan kenyal.
2. Pindahkan adonan bakso kedalam wadah baskom kemudian Masukkan tepung, aduk rata sebentar saja jangan terlalu lama.
3. Didihkan air, kemudian matikan apinya diamkan ±5 menit, bulatkan seperti biasa bikin bakso pakai tangan dan bantuan sendok lalu masukkan kedalam air panas hingga habis masak hingga mengapung dan matang. 4. Jangan sampai bakso mengembang terlalu besar dan air mendidih besar gunakan api kecil saja.

Beef Lo Mein Recipe | Flavorful and Easy Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

For the Meat Marinade:

10-12 oz steak, thinly sliced against the grain (flank steak preferred)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine

For the Sauce:

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Other Ingredients:

6 oz dried lo mein noodles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup assorted bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
4 mushrooms, sliced thick
2 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
3 tablespoons vegetable oïl

Directions:

1. Marinate the Beef:
In a medium bowl, combine the thinly sliced steak with cornstarch, soy sauce, baking soda, and Chinese cooking wine. Mix well and let the beef marinate for 15-20 minutes to tenderize and infuse with flavor.

2. Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and cornstarch. Set the sauce aside.

3. Cook the Noodles:
Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, onions, carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, and green onions. Stir-fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes, until they are slightly tender but still crisp. Remove the vegetables from the wok and set them aside.

5. Cook the Beef:
In the same wok, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through.

6. Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked vegetables to the wok with the beef. Add the cooked lo mein noodles and the prepared sauce. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the sauce evenly coats the noodles and everything is heated through.

7. Serve:
Serve the beef lo mein hot and enjoy this flavorful stir-fry at home.

A vibrant and flavorful Japanese-inspired meal with tender steak, juicy shrimp, savory fried rice, and creamy Yum Yum sauce—a true restaurant-style feast at home!

Ingredients:

For the Steak and Shrimp:

1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
2 tbsp sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
½ tsp black pepper
For the Fried Rice:

3 cups cooked rice (day-old works best)
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 eggs, scrambled
3 tbsp soy sauce
For the Vegetables:

2 medium zucchinis, sliced
2 medium carrots, julienned
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Yum Yum Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp water (to thin if needed)
Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Yum Yum Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, rice vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, and water. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak and Shrimp:

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook the steak cubes for 3-4 minutes, tossing occasionally, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add another 1 tbsp sesame oil. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Fried Rice:

Heat sesame oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add peas, carrots, and garlic, and cook for 2 minutes. Push the vegetables to the side and scramble the eggs in the skillet.
Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce, tossing to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
4️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables:

In another skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the zucchini and carrots with garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
5️⃣ Assemble and Serve:

Plate the fried rice, steak, shrimp, and vegetables together. Drizzle with Yum Yum sauce or serve it on the side for dipping.
