# # # Ingredients:
1. *Meat*: 200g pork neck (or beef), diced.
2. *Marinade*: minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper.
3. *Pita bread*: 2 pieces.
4. *Veggies*: tomato, onion, lettuce, cucumber.
5. *Sauces*: Tzatziki (Greek yogurt + grated cucumber + garlic) & red sauce (mix mayonnaise + paprika powder).

# # # Full Procedure:
1. *Marinate meat*: Mix meat with garlic, oregano, salt, pepper. Let it sit 30 mins (or overnight in fridge).
2. *Cook meat*: Grill meat till browned and cooked. Slice thinly.
3. *Prep pita*: Warm pita in a pan to make it slightly crispy.
4. *Assemble*:
- Spread tzatziki on pita.
- Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion.
- Top with grilled meat.
- Drizzle red sauce.

😊 Sounds like you're craving some pork humba! Here's a simple recipe:

*Pork Humba Recipe*
- 500g pork belly, sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 bay leaves

*Procedure*
