The military council is building a headquarters in Moulmein to hold the Thingyan festival

Residents say the Mon State Council has begun construction of a central pavilion on the Myoma Bridge on Moulmein Beach Road to celebrate the Thingyan festival.
The State Council has been building the Moulmein Thingyan Central Pavilion since April 3, and a large percentage of it has now been completed.
Residents say CCTV cameras are being installed in the vicinity of the headquarters.
The military council has set up departmental offices and offices to celebrate the Mawlamyine Thingyan celebrations. Ethnic representatives in the region; Women's groups, including those representing townships, have been instructed to leave one by one.
In the wards of the city, there are orders to leave groups in three wards, and in some wards, money is being collected for the Thingyan festival.

Revolutionary groups are urging the military council to continue celebrating the festival without participating in the Thingyan.
