As fans and critics alike are aware, Jill has been on the outs for years.

She has spoken against Jim Bob for his many wrongs against her and her siblings.

In a patriarchal cult, this has created tensions with many members of her family — not just her notoriously awful father.

However, the distance that Jill has had from much of her family is now changing.

On Sunday, October 19, Britney Spears took to her Instagram page to share an extremely lengthy caption.

“My back… my blades… my wings…” her caption begins beside a photo that showcases her shoulder blades.

“Remember the movie Maleficent,” she asks, “Such an incredible movie!!!!” That is accurate.

“Remember the king tried to kill her but instead a guy secretly took her wings,” Britney recalled.

“But anything from the father in heaven the real father whom is the one I only claim who loves unconditionally,” she wrote, seemingly referring to her Christian beliefs. “Anything holy is never forgotten.”

Anthony Hopkins is reflecting on his estrangement from his daughter, Abigail.

The Silence of the Lambs star reluctantly but candidly discussed his lack of a relationship with his only child during a conversation with The New York Times about his upcoming memoir, We Did OK, Kid.

"My wife, Stella, sent an invitation [to Abigail] to come and see us," the 87-year-old actor said in the interview, published Saturday. "Not a word of response. So I think, okay, fine. I wish her well, but I'm not going to waste blood over that. If you want to waste your life being in resentment, fine, go ahead."

If you forgot that Wanda Sykes hosted the Oscars in 2022, well, you wouldn't be the only one.

When the job, which is usually seen as a career highlight for a comedian, was brought up to Sykes in a new interview with Variety, she said, "I forgot about that."

Speaking as part of an Oct. 25 Q&A with Jia Tolentino at the New Yorker Festival, the actress, 62, said she was nearly eight months pregnant when she began to read lines for the film alongside director Rob Reiner and costar Cruise, 63.

“I think Tom was quite embarrassed,” Moore — who was pregnant at the time with her second child, Scout Willis — recalled. “I actually felt okay about it. I was moving around, though, right? But I could tell he felt that it was a bit awkward.”

Swift, 35, and Mahomes, 30, were spotted at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday, Oct. 27 as Swift's fiancé Travis Kelce and Mahomes' husband Patrick Mahomes host the Washington Commanders in Kansas City.

Kelce caught a 10-yard touchdown pass from Patrick late in the third quarter. The play, along with a successful extra-point kick from Harrison Butker, put the Chiefs up 21-7.

When the Chiefs hosted the Baltimore Ravens on Sept. 28, one day after Swift's close friend Selena Gomez's wedding in California, the "Wood" singer made it in time to support her beau at his game.

On Oct. 12, Swift was seen for the first time at Arrowhead Stadium since she and Kelce announced their engagement on Aug. 26. The singer brought along WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark, a longtime Chiefs fan.
