We started each day with a check in, short mediation to focus and a couple of generative writing activities. This really got the creative juices flowing.

Should have read this before I started Chair yoga.
"What exercises can I do with an ostomy bag?
If you have a stoma, it's important to start with gentle, low-impact exercises such as walking, swimming, or cycling. These activities minimize stress on the abdomen while keeping you active. Core strengthening exercises are beneficial but should be approached cautiously to avoid excessive pressure on the stoma area."
And I wondered why my bag kept leaking and needing replacing once or twice a day. So chair yoga is out and walking is in.

And now it's Groundhog Day. Never mind.

And a new day dawns. Thanks goodness. Got through half my medical appointments in Denpasar yesterday, when I struck a plumbing problem. Yes, I had a leak, rescheduled remaining appointments and returned to Ubud to attend to my urostomy needs. S**t happens. I breathe deeply, suck it up and appreciate that I'm still alive. Today is already proving to be a better day.
