Travelling is amazing, BUT the reality is a little different than what is shown in social media 👀
I don’t know about anyone else, but the first week was the hardest to adapt and then after that you realize:
- the buckets to flush toilets in the bathrooms aren’t so weird,
- the questionable sleeping arrangements become an adventure,
- the beach days mean picking up garbage,
- carrying a backpack means always keeping snacks for stray dogs,
- the cool experiences mean early mornings,
- and all the travel means a lot of airport naps!
