I travel with my baby all the time. Different countries, different continents, different time zones. His sleep never skips a beat. Here's my system.

I've traveled with my baby since he was only a few weeks old. Long-haul flights, time zone changes, different beds. His sleep has never once fallen apart on a trip — because I never left it to chance.

Same baby. Different postcode. Same sleep.

I built a system that travels with us — the sleep environment kit, the flight strategy, the time zone reset, the troubleshooting for when things go sideways. And now I've turned it into a guide.

The Baby Travel Sleep Guide. Naps, night sleep, and routines away from home. So your baby sleeps wherever you are — not just in his crib.

Summer travel is coming. Most moms are already dreading it. You don't have to be one of them.

Comment TRAVEL below and I'll send it straight to your DMs.

I didn't put my life on hold when baby no. 1 was born. I'm not putting it on hold now. Here's why I can.

26 weeks pregnant. Toddler at home. We still travel. We still go to the beach. We still have a life that looks and feels like ours.

Most people assume that disappears when you have a baby. That the first few years are just survival mode. Head down, white-knuckling it until things get easier.

That was never an option for me. Not because I'm supermom. Because I built a system before James (baby no. 1) was even born that meant I never had to choose between having a baby and having a life.

He slept 12 hours a night since 6 weeks old with just one night feed, and 12 hours straight from 5.5 months. Which meant I slept. I had energy. I showed up as myself — for him, for Dave, for myself, for my business, and for everything else.

Your sleep is downstream of his sleep. Nobody talks about that. But it's the whole game.

This means you don't have to put your life on hold either. The system makes both possible.

Every night your baby doesn't sleep is another night you don't sleep. Another day you show up running on empty. Another week of your life that looks nothing like the one you actually want.

Comment BLUEPRINT below and I'll send you straight to the full system. Moms are getting their babies to 12 hours within a couple of weeks.

Go get it and get your life back.

People tell me to stop lifting heavy. I'm 26 weeks pregnant with baby #2. Here's what I actually think.

You wouldn't run a marathon without preparing your body for months. Nobody questions that. But the moment you're pregnant, everyone becomes an expert on what you should and shouldn't do with your own body.

I've been training through both my pregnancies. Heavy lifts, compound movements, the works. Not because I'm trying to prove something. Because my body feels good, my doctor is happy, and I know exactly how I feel from the inside.

The research is on my side. Strength training during pregnancy reduces back pain, improves posture, supports labor, and speeds up recovery.

Your body. Your pregnancy. Your call.

This means if you feel good and you're cleared by your doctor — you don't have to justify it to anyone.

You’ve read every sleep book. Tried every tip. Your baby is still waking multiple times a night.

And you’re starting to wonder if you’re just doing it wrong. If other moms know something you don’t. If your baby is just one of the difficult ones.

He’s not. And you’re not doing it wrong.

You’ve just been solving the wrong problem.

Every tip you’ve tried — the white noise, the blackout blinds, the bedtime routine, the wake windows you found on Google — they’re all downstream of the actual cause.

The real problem is biology. And most sleep advice completely ignores it.

Your baby’s circadian rhythm. His cortisol and melatonin cycle. His sleep pressure. His anchor feeds. These are the levers that actually control how he sleeps. And until you get those right, nothing else sticks.

This is why moms try everything and still get broken nights. Not because they’re failing. Because they’re fixing the wrong thing. Once you know what to actually fix, everything shifts. Fast.

If this sounds good, comment SYSTEM below and I’ll send you the free guide that shows you exactly what to fix. Moms who use it see results within days.

Every night you spend fixing the wrong thing is another night of broken sleep you don’t get back. Every. Single. Night.

You are up 4, 5, sometimes 6 times a night at 6 months.

You're exhausted beyond comprehension. You don't even remember what waking up rested feels like. To get through it, you're feeding him back to sleep every time, telling yourself it's just a phase.

It's not a phase. It's a pattern. And every night you don't fix it, it gets harder to break.

At 6 weeks my son was down to one night waking.
By 5.5 months he was sleeping 12 hours straight.

That's not luck. That's not a good sleeper. That's a system built on biology.

At 6 weeks I introduced a dreamfeed before I went to sleep. One simple change. Dropped to a single night feed at around 4:30-5am. From there — anchor feeds locked in. Wake windows dialled. Bedtime set. Biology working with me not against me.

5.5 months. Sleeping 12 hours straight. 23 months. Still going.

The Baby Sleep Blueprint is the exact system I built. Feeds, wake windows, anchors, and how to adapt it as your baby grows. Stage by stage from newborn to 12 months.

No cry it out. No sleep training. No rigid schedules. No guesswork.

$149 right now. Moving to $249 soon. Every night you wait is another night of broken sleep you don't get back. Every. Single. Night.

Your baby has woken at 5am every single day this week.

You're exhausted before the day even starts. You've tried everything — earlier bedtime, later bedtime, longer naps, shorter naps. Nothing sticks. And every morning at 5am he's there, wide awake, ready to go while you're running on broken sleep wondering what you're missing.

Here's what's actually happening.

In the early morning hours cortisol naturally starts rising. Your baby moves into lighter sleep cycles. If he's carrying sleep debt from the day before, he surfaces and stays up.

If he's undertired, same result. Different cause.

Either way the fix is never at 5am. It's in how you built the day before it.

Wake windows dialled in. Naps protected. Bedtime timed correctly. Circadian rhythm working with you.
When those are aligned the early wake disappears on its own.

Every morning you're up at 5am is another day of broken sleep you don't get back. Every. Single. Morning.

Every mom I've worked with who fixed the day fixed the 5am wake within a couple of weeks, tops. The full system is in my bio. It's called The Baby Sleep Blueprint. Go get it before another 5am hits.

Every time you put your baby to bed overtired you're adding another waking to tonight.

Not maybe. Not sometimes. Every. Single. Time.

Here's why. 👇🏼

When your baby gets overtired, cortisol spikes to keep him going. Cortisol blocks melatonin. He physically cannot wind down. So he goes to bed wired, takes forever to settle, wakes multiple times during the night and is up earlier in the morning.

The window is everything.

Miss it and you're guaranteeing yourself another night of broken sleep you don't get back.

Comment SYSTEM below and I'll send you the free guide that shows you exactly how to nail the window. Every. Single. Time. Moms who use it are fixing bedtime battles within days.

Go get it and get your nights back.
