Our client, Keeler wanted to launch an innovative new product that would allow opticians in India to help people in remote communities. The product was a portable retinal scanner named MIO. The idea was to communicate the product benefits in a familiar format, so we used a simulation of a WhatsApp conversation.
It was a simple but effective idea. The Keeler Mio has gone on to demonstrate its value in ROP screening, particularly in expanding access to care in underserved areas around the world.
