Hosted by the SPEAR Centre, the regional events will provide:

• Information on fully funded innovation opportunities available to businesses
• Insights into how photonics and AI technologies can be applied across industry
• Opportunities to engage directly with project partners and regional stakeholders

The SPEAR Centre is a PEACEPLUS cross-border initiative supporting SMEs across the 12 counties of the Ireland–Northern Ireland region to explore and adopt photonics and AI-driven solutions. The project brings together Atlantic Technological University, Ulster University, Tyndall National Institute and industry partner Seagate to help businesses innovate, scale and compete internationally.

Today we said goodbye to Bohdan, who has been helping out part-time at the ii over the past year, and hello to Tetiana, who is taking over his role.
