How I spotted the real reason my client was gaining inquiries but not signing them
I was working with a fitness coach who was getting engagementâpoll votes, likes, comments, regular DMs from potential clients.
But she said, âI feel like Iâm having the right conversations⌠they just donât go anywhere.â
She thought the problem was not enough new leads. But once I took a look, I saw the real issue straight away:
â No lead tracking system.
When I asked her to send a list of warm leads from the past month? She didnât have one.

â Others? Theyâd signed up with someone else.
