RTE has just commissioned the 3rd season of our Cheap Irish Homes TV series. Maggie & Kieran will be back on your screens in September. If you’d like to participate as a househunter or maybe you know someone who’s dying to take on a project? Is your sister handy with a cement mixer? Is your brother in law dreaming of life with a polytunnel & hens in the back yard? Does he own far too many flannel shirts for someone who lives in a city?

Episode 5 of our Cheap Irish Homes TV series is on RTE1 at 8.30pm tonight. Because of the restrictions around the Covid-19 crisis, we had to make some changes to the format of the show. In episodes 5 & 6, Maggie and Kieran are on location checking out the various houses, while the house hunters are at home watching Maggie & Kieran via the internet. Thanks to our great team for developing this way to enable the series to continue. Its works really well.
