𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full time
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Hybrid remote in Buncrana, Co. Donegal

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Assist in creating wireframes & sitemaps for web design projects
• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Communicating with clients through email, phone & Zoom meetings
• Create graphics for social media, website banners, etc
• Conduct keyword research and basic SEO tasks, including optimising website content
• Write and edit marketing materials, including email newsletters, blog posts, and ad copy
• Handle administrative duties such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organising documents
• Support sales efforts by identifying potential leads, conducting outreach, and maintaining CRM data
• Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and reports

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):
• Experience in sales/customer support/digital marketing or related roles
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and CRM platforms
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Basic graphic design skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

• Salary: €26,000 - €28,000 base salary with the opportunity to earn up to €40,000 per year through performance-based commissions

We are looking for an eCommerce assistant to work with us and one of our clients on site in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal with the option to work remotely when we see fit. We are on the hunt for someone who is motivated, has good communication skills and has an interest in digital marketing.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• General E-commerce website maintenance and management of stock
• Uploading stock to the website and inputting product descriptions for SEO
• Merchandising and upselling products and category pages to enhance the buyers experience
• Customer support for online queries or issues via phone, email and social media

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• An interest in online marketing
• Analytical and creative thinker who is open-minded and well organised
• Basic understanding of E-commerce platform operation
