What I spotted today in Rushmere Shopping Centre
Dunnes Stores had sunglasses £7-£15 a few Dupes included.
The checked jacked was great quality I think it was £35-40 .

Then in Primark I ended up buying the cream blazer £24 reduced to £15. Size 14 (whoo hoo. )

Was worried it was too long on me. So put it into our groupchat and was told it was good to go . I have cream polka dot trousers at home that it might match x

Saw the black molded black cami for under a sheer top . £7

And finally Sarah asked me if the Korean skin care range was in primark. I looked up from reading her question. & I was stood right in front of it . It’s supposed to be good .

Of course it’s not rocket science but when you’re hungry it’s tempting to pull into a shop for something convenient. At least this way I can calculate what I’m eating x

I took a notion to one today & I was looking forward to it all day …. But was overwhelmed by the saltiness of it.

Chicken with green peppers in black bean sauce & boiled rice.

Im pretty sure our tastebuds must change when we eat “clean” . Am I wrong ?

10 years of losing it , gaining it back .. plus more . And losing it again .

10 years older , feeling fitter & healthier .
