Learning to dress our body should not be to “look slimmer” or “get smaller”. It should be to bring our best assets and our confidence to the forefront.

Good morning my lovelies. How are yours all doing? Give me an update 😁

Apologies for being missing in action. My babies have had exams and with all the stress and running about I needed to let go of something for a little while..
Hopefully normal services will resume for now however with it being summer holibobs for my baby and running about with the adult babies.. well let’s see how it goes lol.

Early start for me this morning, out the door at 4.15am but back home and gym session is done ✅
Now for breakfast and a much needed shower before it’s time for work.

Have a great day my dear and hope you are all doing well 💖
