Online Training & Nutrition Group 🔥

Answering All The Graspp Questions!

1 month to go (Oct 1st) before the very first Graspp group kicks off! I answered the questions you guys had about Graspp on social media during the week and wanted to share the most popular with you here.

Q. Can you tell me more about the workouts?
A. The group will receive 5 workouts per week which will be 30-40mins each. You can follow along the videos and train with me or watch the short 1 min version if you'd like to get a quick glimpse of the workout. You will need a set of dumbbells OR bar and plates OR a set of kettlebells. You can do these at any time that suits you and will be tailored to all levels. ✌️

Q. Will the nutrition be tailored?
A. I will never go down the route of telling a client that they can only eat X foods, stay away from Y foods or you need to eat at Z time. This is NOT sustainable. This program will be full of information on calculating your calorie needs, how to implement this into a busy life, how to incorporate the foods you love and how to stop restricting yourself. This will truly be an education on nutrition and not a "Follow this diet I made for you"👍.

Q. What if I can't make the live Q&A?
A. Don't worry, this will be posted to the group as soon as the live ends for rewatching 😘.

Q. When is cut off for sign up?
A. The cut off will be the final week pre group start but I want to ensure all participants in this first group are getting the best quality experience and will cut off if hitting too large a group. In other words, don't wait around on signing up 😜!
