Islamic Relief Worldwide is seeking a Senior Complaints Administrator to join its Internal Audit & Investigations Division. This globally based role supports the Head of Audit and Investigations by overseeing the complaints and whistleblowing environment, ensuring effective case handling, reporting, and insights for senior management.
The role involves managing the end-to-end complaints process, supporting case allocation and transitions, engaging with complainants, handling sensitive and complex situations, and contributing to continuous improvement of complaints management systems.
🔹 Key focus areas: Complaints & whistleblowing management, reporting & analysis, stakeholder coordination, case oversight
🔹 Requirements: Degree-level qualification, strong analytical and communication skills, experience in complaints handling or customer-facing roles
🔹 Assets: Humanitarian or development sector experience; ability to work in multicultural environments
🔹 Languages: Excellent written and spoken English required
