Pancakes proteice (mini cake)

Ingrediente (1 porție mare):
• 4 ouă
• 160 g banană bine coaptă (aprox. 2 banane mici)
• 120 g ricotta (sau cottage cheese)
• 40 g fulgi de ovăz (sau făină de ovăz)
• 1 linguriță scorțișoară
• 1 linguriță praf de copt
• Un praf de sare
• (Opțional) puțină esență de vanilie

Cantitățile se pot înjumătății ✨

Toppinguri (la alegere):
• 1 linguriță miere
• fructe proaspete (afine, zmeură)
• 2 linguri iaurt grecesc 10%, ricotta…
• un strop de unt de arahide

• Proteine: ~58–60 g
• Carbohidrați: ~67–72 g
• Grăsimi: ~49–53 g
• Calorii estimate: ~800–850 kcal

🥞 Protein Pancakes (Mini Cake Style)

Ingredients (1 large serving):
• 4 eggs
• 160 g ripe banana (approx. 2 small bananas)
• 120 g ricotta (or cottage cheese)
• 40 g oats (or oat flour)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• (Optional) a splash of vanilla extract

✨ You can easily halve the quantities if needed.

Toppings (optional):
• 1 tsp honey
• Fresh fruits (blueberries, raspberries)
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (10%) or ricotta
• A small drizzle of peanut butter

Macros (approx.):
• Protein: 58–60 g
• Carbs: 67–72 g
• Fats: 49–53 g
• Calories: 800–850 kcal
