D-Day has arrived and our actors are all looking in the same direction... They are looking forward to playing Charles Dickens, Bob Cratchit and Ebenezer Scrooge to bring the fabulous story of A Christmas Carol for Dublin's homeless to life at the premiere tonight at 7:30pm!

Thank you all for your generosity and support, the first of this evening was a victim of its success and it goes straight to our hearts, it is more than just sale out! Don't worry, you can always take your place (even at the door) for tomorrow's and Sunday's performances at 2:30pm and 7:30pm.

° A Christmas Carol for Dublin's homeless show is coming so fast ! Our team is building a wonderful place and show for you and we will be more than ready and happy to welcome you in 3 days ! You haven't booked your place yet? Hurry up! Hurry up! Some shows are already almost sold out.

° On Friday 13th December at 7:30pm, Saturday 14th December and Sunday 15th December at 2:30 pm & 7:30 pm. Enjoy free hot mulled wine and delicious mince pies courtesy of the legendary Roly's bistro while enjoying a performance of Charles Dickens wonderful A Christmas Carol with Ebenezer Scrooge and Tiny Tim. BECAUSE AND THE ORDER OF MALTA PRESENT “A CHRISTMAS CAROL” 2019

-HOW CAN I SUPPORT THE HOMELESS THIS CHRISTMAS?-

Every year, Knights Run volunteers put on performances of A CHRISTMAS CAROL by Charles Dickens, featuring such unforgettable characters as EBENEZER SCROOGE, TINY TIM & BOB CRATCHIT.
The show, held in the Order of Malta HQ in Ballsbridge, Dublin, follows the journey of Scrooge from miser to benefactor. A CHRISTMAS CAROL changed Child Labour laws in Victorian England. Today A CHRISTMAS CAROL still exerts its unique power to encourage people into a change of heart to those less fortunate - especially the homeless.

-WHAT IS THE KNIGHTS RUN & HOW DO THEY HELP THE HOMELESS?-

The Knights Run is a group of volunteers who gather every Thursday on
St. Stephen’s Green to provide aid to the homeless. There is an AMBULANCE, DOCTOR, NURSE, CLOTHING, HOT DRINKS, FOOD, TOILETRIES & SANITARY WEAR, UNDERWEAR, and most importantly CONVERSATION AND SUPPORT.

We want to create a social media campaign that is a branch of our main company, BeCreative Media Group. Our side ‘brand’ is entitled BeCause, which is a play on words of our company’s name. Cause comes from the causes we support - when people ask why, we simply say because we want to help.

We want to BeCreative for a cause, BeCause being creative helps.

Our aim is to create a campaign that will enable us to create a live-action, one hour special of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. This production will be used to help raise awareness about the current homeless situation present in Dublin. We want this to not only open the eyes of the people of Ireland about homelessness, but to also change our perspectives of those living on the streets.
