Facial time 🧖‍♀️

I always go to Natasha in in Swords 🥹

Each time I go in, we evaluate my skin, see what it needs an go from there. Everyone’s skin is different and especially with us women with different hormones at different times of the month we will need different treatments!

I also booked in for a pedicure WHILST getting my facial which honestly is my kinda day out 🤣🤌🏼

I get a lot of questions about my skin on the daily and I would highly recommend reaching out to Natasha and the team!

I also pay for my treatments so this is my genuine honest opinion 🤍

What a gorgeous addition to North County Dublin for all us Sauna lovers ❤️‍🔥

I was very kindly down to check out the new located at and I was not disappointed!

With numerous saunas, ice baths and a whirlpool bath, it is the ultimate recovery haven 🤌🏼🥹

I cannot stop thinking about how clean the place was as well including the gorgeous changing rooms which in my opinion is always a let down for other saunas!

If you are looking to recover, relax or even have a wholesome catch up with friends on a sunny day, I would 10/10 recommend heading to cause I know I will 🥹🤌🏼
