This immersive experience is designed to help you reconnect with the ancient wisdom of the feminine.

Through guided practices, gentle reflection and soulful exploration, you will awaken the powerful goddess energy that lives within you ✨️

Together we will explore the essence of our Celtic Goddess St.Brigid- embodying qualities such as intuition, healing, creativity, sovereignty, and inner strength.

You'll be guided to reconnect with your inner voice, soften into you're natural flow ✨️

This sacred feminine energy can support women in finding balance, guidance, and empowerment in everyday life.

Us as women can call upon supportive female archetypes and deities for guidance and inspiration in different life situations;

Some of my favourite Goddesses ✅️

Lakshmi – associated with abundance and prosperity🫴🫴🫴

Brigid – connected to healing and courage
🫴🫴🫴🌿

Mary, mother of Jesus
🫴🫴🫴🫴🫴🫴🫴🫴– seen as a protective guide for children and families

Athena –
🫴🫴🫴 represents wisdom and clear thinking

Isis –
🫴🫴🫴associated with supporting women balancing home and family

The Three Aspects of the Goddess 🫴

Every woman contains three archetypal aspects:

Maiden – the inner child; playful, curious, adventurous, and bold💛

Mother 💛nurturing and caring energy (not limited to biological motherhood)

Matriarch 💛– the wise teacher who guides and shares knowledge.

Men were also noted to have similar archetypal qualities:

the Lad,
the Dad,
the Patriarch.
