Paddy's Book Swap is empty for the foreseeable, it has come to my attention that books have been getting burned in the bushes around at the field, which really upsets me!!
If anyone is short of a book I have tons and don't mind anyone knocking into my house asking for some.
Hopefully it will be back in the new year 💛

Grown Ups by Marian Keyes

I wanted a break from my usual thrillers, murder mysteries and I certainly did with this.

There are lots of characters to keep up with but it is a very easy read.
It's witty, heart warming about a glamorous family and their tangled stories. Many of the characters are flawed which makes an entertaining read. There is a character you wont like, one you will love, one you will feel sorry for and one that you will make you so angry that you may throw the book out the window.
I enjoyed this book very much and recommend it if you want to escape your usual genre.

Paddys book swap had a clear out, it was getting fairly packed in there. Still some good reads available. Happy Saturday...
