'Speechless' is the powerful and uplifting story of Fiacre Ryan, a young non-verbal writer with Autism. Brilliantly delivered by Christine Thornton (producer), Bonnie Dempsey (director) & Gretta Ohle (editor) - the documentary allows Fiacre to tell his own story despite being non verbal. Until he was 13, he struggled to communicate what he understood and thought about the outside world, but when that door was unlocked, it revealed a remarkable intelligence and talent.
RTE One, Thursday (3rd March) at 10.15pm
