Issue Two is almost here — but we need your help.

Bare is free for NCAD students and we want to keep it that way, so please help by donating whatever you can.

Please give us a hand in continuing to promote the work of NCAD students by funding our crowdfunding campaign: https://igg.me/at/baremag/x/16308901

Thanks to everyone who helped us create the video.

Don’t forget to keep up to date with our Instagram to see work from artists and designers that will be featured in Issue Two: https://www.instagram.com/baremag/

DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO
30 SEPTEMBER

Meet Emma Whelan, a recent Textile Surface Design Graduate who will be featured in Bare’s next issue. Her collection, PLAY(Set), focuses on exploring childhood play and invites adults to momentarily resort back to a childlike sensibility.

Want to be featured? Take a look at the Open Call below:

OPEN CALL

Bare Magazine is putting together its next issue and is looking for artists, designers and writers. All submissions are welcome from both current and past NCAD students.

A few points to keep (loosely) in mind -- we are looking for:

– A body/series of work

– A strong concept

– Background research

– The ability to discuss work in an interview

– An insight into a creative process

– Strictly Bare (wha)

The work in question (or other work) must be available for the launch of the issue in which it is featured.

Please submit a 100 words or less description about you and your work alongside links to your social media accounts (Instagram, website, etc.)

Send submissions to:

[email protected]

All submissions to be completed by 30/9/16
