The culmination of a busy few weeks making these custom pieces for the lovely .donohoe.pt and what a lovely day it was yesterday to take some photos ☀️

The earrings are made with the biggest cabochon stones I've worked with, and I really love how they turned out! Mother of pearl pairs so nicely with silver, especially in the sunlight ✨️

I'm looking forward to making more similar pieces soon and am always open for custom orders 😊

I'll be the first to admit I don't post consistently, which I really should be doing. However this time, I've a pretty good reason! Our beautiful baby girl Pixie came into the world back in September and has transformed our lives since ❤️

I've managed to do two Christmas markets (with immense help from the best husband and family!) Pixie helped tidy up at the last market!

While I'd love to do more markets, it's logistically harder than I thought and much more tiring ... so instead I've a discount code to offer!

A few of my favourite pearl pieces.

Iconic, iridescent, and classic, pearls never go out of style.

While it isn’t exactly a “colour,” the iridescence is one of the most striking features of any pearl. It is a natural phenomenon that makes it look like the surface of a pearl change colour when viewed from different angles or under different types of light. This same phenomenon also occurs on things like soap bubbles, butterfly wings, and the wings of certain birds 🦋🦚

Throwback to some earring styles I made back in the early days 🌈

These cute and colourful statement pom pom earrings are coming with me to Christmas Market this Sunday . Only 2 of each style and just one pair of presents!

✨️Lir Pendant✨️

Lir means 'Sea' in old Irish. A single organic shaped pink pearl sits within its ring of beaten silver - just as a circular ripple is created when a pure drop falls onto still water. The hammered texture of the silver reflects light onto the pearls already iridescent surface. Pearls are the birthstone of June and have long been associated strength, protection and spirituality.
