Are you aware that this society is now in its 70th year and going strong. We play twice a year for the PPU Presidents prize and also for our own Captains prize.

Dates for 2018:
- Presidents Prize at Grange GC on Friday 18th May.
- Captains prize at Castle GC on Thursday 13th September.

Cost € 70 golf and dinner.

Come along and meet up with old school friends. Guests are welcome.

Our objective is to maintain friendships and to raise some money for school projects.

The 4th Annual Business Lunch was held on Friday 20th of October in Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club and we had over 40 people sitting down for the lunch. The Business Lunch has become an important event on the PPU calendar. http://www.syngestreetppu.com/business-lunch-2017/

Our 2017 Captain Ray Martin hosted a hugely successful Captain’s prize day in his home club Edmondstown on Thursday 7th September 2017. An excellent turnout of 42 golfers, including 6 visitors (past pupils of Westland Row, St Columba’s College, Wesley College, Mount Melleray and St Andrews College), played on a pleasant day on a course beautifully presented. New Beginnings: September 2016 – August 2017

The school year 2016-2017 I am delighted to say started and ended in celebration. We began the school year with our annual Con Creedon Awards and we are delighted to report that 90 students received funding this year to help them in their chosen college course.

Friday 29th September 2017 - London Past Pupils Lunch

Places are Limited and bookings are on a “First Come First Served" Basis. The Closing Date for Bookings is Monday 31st of July 2017. If you are interested, we suggest you please commit early to this event as numbers are limited.

Last September, Past Pupil, Conor O’Broin (1982) kindly hosted a lunch in the famously renowned “Reform Club” on behalf of Synge St Past Pupils Union.

Conor has kindly agreed to host the lunch again in the Reform Club on Friday 29th of September next.
