Our final major 2025 project has been a joy to work on.

Tasked with coming up with an idea which addressed mental health and the issues that matter to the 2FM audience, we came up with a short form radio series called Salvation Songs.

We interviewed 5 musicians and artists about the songs that helped them through difficult times in their lives and about what music means to them.

Over the course of 5 candid interviews, musicians Orla Gartland, Shiv, Malaki, Karla from Sprints and Moncrieff were kind enough to share their insights about how music can find a way to connect, heal and inspire.

Overall, it’s an insightful, emotional, joyful journey. Presented by Ailbhe Reddy you can hear Salvation Songs on the New Music Show on 2FM starting December 29th.

We talked to Richard about

🚀 the origins of the quirky name for his company Astroten
🍫 How Snickers successfully applied the Intention to Action Gap
🧠 How Hacking The Human Mind uses brand examples as points of relevance
🧪🤔 Why focus groups are largely ineffective
💡His own personal behavioural science lightbulb moment
