Robert O’Byrne has returned once more as The Irish Aesthete, with his enchanting new book ‘Buildings of Ireland, Known and Unknown’ now available for pre-order from our website, and from all good bookshops nationwide.

As a very special offer, all preorders from Lilliputpress.ie will be signed by Robert ahead of publication on 25 June 2026.

This new volume covers over 140 buildings across every county in the Republic of Ireland, with a special focus on buildings in the care of the Office of Public Works, many of which are open to visit this summer.
