1 year with my tent 🔥

✅ Yes. It works. Easily maintains 100°C.
✅ Yes. It comes with the stove.
❌ No. It isn't hard to set up.
❌ No. It doesn't take up lots of space.

I've probably used this sauna tent 100 times in the past year and I couldn't recommend it enough. As someone who uses saunas multiple times a week for training and recovery, having one in my shed or in my garden ready to go is a game changer. No commute. No thought. Just heat.

5 days. 380km. Countless obstacles. 1 unbreakable mission 💪🚴‍♂️

has successfully completed the cycle of the iconic Danube River Trail alongside his dad and a team of adaptive hand cyclists 👏

Germany, through Austria, and on to Slovakia, Jack faced nerve pain and many other challenges. With grit, determination, and the support of his team, he pushed through to the finish line 🙌

But this wasn’t just about the distance. It was about raising vital funds and awareness for Spinal Injuries Ireland, a charity that provides life-changing support to people and families affected by spinal cord injury.

Huge congratulations to Jack and the whole team for proving what’s possible when resilience meets purpose 🫶

🏊 8 Days. 230km. 12+ Hours in the Water Every Day 🏊

This Sunday, is setting out to swim from Dowra, Co. Cavan to Limerick City, covering 30km a day for 8 days straight 🌊💪

"I’ll have a safety kayak beside me and a support boat (thanks to ) as our floating base for my crew. But with the Irish weather and the toll on my body, it could take a few extra days."

Paul is doing this for , a local, family-run su***de prevention charity that provides free counselling and addiction support for those who need it most. They were founded after the loss of a loved one to su***de, and their work saves lives 🫶
